What is your return policy?

Merchandise may be returned to our studio address for refund, exchange of an item of equal or greater value or studio credit within 7 days of pick up or delivery date.

Online orders that require return-shipping back to our studio address are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will provide you with a refund.

All sale and clearance items purchases are FINAL SALE.

Do you have a storefront?

Yes! Our studio showroom is not the traditional retail setting, but you are welcome to come in and browse and purchase from our collections in person during our regular hours of operation. Please see our "HOURS" page for the most up-to-date hours of operation.

When can I pick up my order?

All orders placed online will be packaged and ready for pick up by our next open day. Please see our "HOURS" page for the most recent studio hours that we are open for order pick ups.

Can I pay for my order over the phone?

All items must be ordered and paid for online through our online store or in-person at pick up. We do not take customer credit card or banking information over the phone.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we are only able to ship across Canada.

All orders received for shipping will be packaged within 5-7 business days. Once they have been picked up by Canada Post, delivery times are typically within 2-5 business days, depending on the time of year and volume of parcels in circulation. We cannot guarantee delivery times.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 and use Canada Post with tracking.
