We offer exchange for returned items within 10 days of an order pick up or delivery date. Under most circumstances, we do not provide full refunds.
Merchandise may be returned to our studio address for exchange of an item of equal or greater value or credit within 10 days of pick up or delivery date.
Refunds to the customer's original method of payment will not be provided unless the item is deemed defective by Forever Wildfield staff.
Online orders that require shipping back to our studio address are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will provide you with a credit for the full value of the order. The credit will never expire and can be used for any items on our website.
All sale, clearance, and flash sale purchases are final sale.
Fresh Flower Return & Cancellation Policy
If the selected pick up / delivery date is more than 48 hours away, we offer a credit for the full value of the order or a refund, minus a $10 transaction fee. The credit will never expire and can be used for any items on our website. The refund would be provided via your original method of payment.
If the selected pick up / delivery date is within 48 hours away, you can request an address change to have your order delivered to another recipient. No refunds or credit will be available for orders scheduled to be picked up or delivered within 48 hours away of when you reach out to cancel, as the flowers will have already been purchased and the arrangement may already have been designed.
Once the flowers have been picked up or delivered, no refunds or credit will be available.
All plants can be returned to our studio for an exchange within 10 days of purchase. They will be inspected for any potential problems; they need to be in re-sellable condition.
